About Me
I’m a passionate individual deeply rooted in the fields of agriculture and science, with aspirations of becoming a livestock production-based veterinarian. My journey is shaped by my love for evolutionary biology, animal physiology, and the history of scientific discovery, particularly around the origin of life. I draw inspiration from trailblazers like Dr. Evangelina Villegas, whose boldness and transformational leadership as a Mexican woman in agriculture motivates me to stay true to my identity as a Mexican American in a field where diversity is limited. Beyond my academic pursuits, I manage a photography page, AH Captures, and I’m committed to fostering a professional and creative environment with clear guidelines and a focus on growth, both for myself and those I mentor. I’m driven to make an impact, whether it’s through my studies in animal science, managing social media for my organizations, or contributing to the future of veterinary medicine.
